During the spring of 2024, the concrete offer is an appetizer of Scallops and friends, Asparagus from ourgardener Santiago Piriz, the main course to be chosen between Spring Peter’s Fish and Gascon chicken Marie Hot, Pistachio Éclair, coffee and shot, glass of wine Bierzo – Raúl Pérez "La clave" or Alsace – Gustave Lorentz (or French or Belgian beer), mineral water and bread.
