FAP GRAND CRU route through great vineyards in ALLÉGORIE

Allégorie will exceptionally open its doors next Monday, October 14 to host the ROUTE THROUGH GREAT VINEYARDS, organized for professional wine buyers, by its supplier FAP GRAND CRU.

During this day, François Passaga’s wine distribution company will present wines from more than 10 regions of France and the world to its customers and prospects, in the main hall of Allégorie.

The relationship between FAP and ALLÉGORIE dates back to the reopening of the restaurant in its new premises on Calle Bretón de los Herreros, with a dozen of different wines, nominally the Sauternes Cuvée 47, highly requested to accompany foie gras and desserts, the Pic Saint.Loup Bergerie de l’Hortus and the Chablis Domaine Alexandre, two of our most appreciated references, both by the bottle and by the glass, the delicious Tardieu Laurent Rasteau and Vacqueyras from old vines, from the southern Côte du Rhône, the Porquerolles Domaine de l’île, in its white and rosé versions, the Pinot Noir Hautes Côtes de Nuit by Louis Auguste, the Sauvignon Blanc from Vallé de la Loire Sancerre J. de Villebois and Pouilly Fumé Mademoiselle by T., and the Bordeaux Saint-Émilion Grand Cru l’Esprit by Jean Voisin, and Tempo d’Angelus, two magnificent blends of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

The Allégorie space is available for events, such as weddings, baptisms, Christmas dinners, or around its gastronomy.
