Saint-Joseph Ferraton «La Source» Red 2019

Red wine made from the Syrah grape variety, emblematic of the North Rhône. Garnet coloured, with aromas of spices, black and red fruits, and liquorice. Tannic on the palate, it is an ideal accompaniment to lamb or beef stews, grilled red meats, black pudding, partridge, quail, pigeon, black truffle, morels, boletus, and cheeses such as comté.
