You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of certain products within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

This right of withdrawal shall apply exclusively to the following products:

Gift vouchers: Provided they are open vouchers (without a previously fixed reservation date and time).

Bottles of wine: Provided they are returned in their original packaging, with the seal intact and without having been uncorked or opened, for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

Conversely, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you may NOT exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Perishable products: Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as Caviar and Foie Gras, due to the impossibility of guaranteeing the strict maintenance of the cold chain once they have been delivered.

Reservations for a specific date: Gift vouchers linked to a specific restaurant reservation date and time.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of this right before the expiry of the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal:

We will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of those products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we have received and verified the returned products at our premises.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

However, the direct cost of returning the products to our premises shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Time limit for returning the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw.

If we have not received the goods within this period, your right to reimbursement shall lapse.

As these are intangible goods, no physical return is required.

However, once the withdrawal has been processed, the corresponding gift voucher (identified by its serial number) will be cancelled in our system for all purposes.

The presentation or attempted use of a gift voucher cancelled following withdrawal shall not, under any circumstances, entitle the holder to any complimentary products, services or discounts on food or beverages consumed at the restaurant.

Exclusivity of reimbursement and non-redeemability

The right of withdrawal and the resulting reimbursement shall belong exclusively to the original purchaser of the gift voucher and shall always be processed using the same payment method employed for the initial transaction.

Under no circumstances may the gift voucher be redeemed for cash, nor shall any reimbursement be made to any third party, beneficiary or holder of the voucher other than the person who originally completed the payment through our website.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for their cash value at the restaurant under any circumstances.
