The Loire Valley is one of France’s most diverse wine regions, following the course of the Loire River from the center of the country to the Atlantic coast. It is divided into several key areas: the Central Loire (Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé), Anjou-Saumur, and Touraine. Its cool climate favors wines with remarkable acidity and precision.
The main grape varieties are Sauvignon Blanc (tense, mineral-driven wines), Chenin Blanc (versatile, structured, and age-worthy), and Pinot Noir (light, elegant, and subtle).
The wines we will taste reflect this diversity: vibrant whites from the Central Loire, delicate and expressive reds, and a traditional ancestral sparkling wine.
We have designed a menu to dialogue with each wine: from the freshness of raw sea bream with Pouilly-Fumé, to the subtlety of turbot with Pinot Noir, and the complexity of free-range poultry with Chenin Blanc.
The experience concludes with an ancestral sparkling wine, bringing the journey to a close with lightness and elegance.
An evening to discover the Loire through both plate and glass.
The price of the wine pairing menu is €120.
