Cena de Pablo Erroz “The Residence” en Allégorie

On March 11, Pablo Erroz will welcome around twenty distinguished guests to Allégorie to present his upcoming collection, “The Residence.”

This is his proposal for 2026, inspired by the idea of an artists’ residence as a living space where creativity is born, interdisciplinary connections emerge, and the convergence of talents transforms difference into legacy. An interactive place where everything happens and everything evolves.

The collection is a broad, global and diverse proposal featuring 30 mixed looks that embrace sustainability. It is built around a colour palette starting from natural tones, with black and off-white as its main foundations, moving through various shades of green and pink accents that bring freshness and visual rhythm.

Natural materials accompany the collection—silk, linen, leather, viscose and cool wool—alongside sequins, embroidery and artisanal techniques, as well as a proprietary Ikat fabric collection made in Mallorca in collaboration with Bujosa Textil.

Allégorie will accompany this proposal with a specially designed menu worthy of “The Residence.” For Allégorie, each menu is like a collection: it is conceived, constructed and presented with the same dedication with which a piece for the runway is created. At Allégorie we work seasonally, and our menu changes every two months, because we believe that creativity—just as in fashion—must remain in dialogue with the moment and with time.

The menu will be as follows:

    Preliminary

    Foie gras
Pinot Noir, Medjool date, preserved lemon

    Salmon
    Parsnip, oats, Portobello

    or

    Iberian pork tenderloin
    Carrot, mustard, shallot

    Chocolate
    Pear, cashew, mucilage

    Mignardises

The foie gras with Pinot Noir and Medjool date explores depth and contrast.

The salmon and the pork tenderloin offer two different ways of inhabiting the experience—two perspectives within the same narrative.

The dessert transforms the essential—chocolate and fruit—into a new interpretation, because we believe tradition remains alive only when it evolves.

At Allégorie, we treat ingredients the way a designer treats fabric: respecting their origin, texture and character. Technique is our craftsmanship; precision, our invisible embroidery.Principio del formularioFinal del formulario
