Hong Kong Novo Nordisk Dinner in Allégorie

Allégorie will receive, next Thursday, September 12, the dinner of the Hong Kong branch of Novo Nordisk, which has chosen the contemporary cuisine of Romain Lascarides and the fine wines of Allégorie to end its working day in the best way.

They will enjoy, as a first course, the Crude scallop, served with a cauliflower and apple salad, rocket, foie gras, and truffle sorbet.

The meat will be the recently incorporated grilled Charred beef chuck, served Medium rare, with a soft potato, chestnut honey, boletus foam, onion, and gravy.

Alternatively, diners can choose the Fish of the day, slowly confit with chorizo oil, leeks steamed with buttermilk, ravioli, and scamorza sauce.

Allégorie is available to accommodate large groups during the week, either in its private room, up to 18 people; or by privatizing its main hall; or in its bar, for more informal events.
