Mazette, which mission is « provoking success and promoting the flourishing of French-speaking and Francophile talents in Spain», has chosen Allégorie to organize its Afterwork after holidays, an informal meeting of its members, to contact again, exchange and advise each other.
On this occasion, Allégorie will receive Mazette members in its bar on the ground floor. They will enjoy French or Spanish wines, French, Spanish or Belgian beers, eaux-de-vie from around the world, or the restaurant’s delicious cocktails, designed by the head waitress Marie de Badereau.
For lunch, they will choose from the dishes on the bar’s menu prepared by chef Romain Lascarides, among which we highlight the foie gras mi-cuit prepared from the raw material provided by Savores de Castilla, the authentic quiche lorraine as it should always be, the Marennes-Oléron oysters from the maison Geay, and the French cheeses supplied by Brie Alto. In the dessert section, they will choose from all the creations currently on the menu of pastry chef Victor Bergerot, such as the already famous Éclair Pistachio, the reversed Citrus Tartlet, or the seasonal Framboisier.
The event will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd at 7:30 p.m. On this occasion, the Allégorie bar will be privatised and closed to the public. Instead, the restaurant will
remain open to all.
